This cozy basement flat is in a great location, situated between two iconic landmarks. The property is decorated to a high standard and has all the facilities needed for a self-catering stay. The kitchen is well-equipped and the owner goes above and beyond with thoughtful touches like pastries on arrival and a stocked fridge. The owner is also extremely attentive and their availability for any queries is much appreciated.
Although the flat is cozy, there are a few areas that need attention. The bathroom has some mold on the walls and shower curtain, which creates an unpleasant smell.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming retreat. the location is unbeatable, with attractions like the Royal Crescent and the city center just a short walk away. the lower ground 1 bedroom was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. the kitchen had all the necessary amenities, and the owner even provided breakfast goodies like croissants and milk. the patio added a lovely touch to the room, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee.
The stairs leading to the property were a bit slippery, so extra caution was needed when going up and down.

The location was amazing, with a great pub just across the road. The flat itself was beautifully presented and cozy, with every possible need thought of, including a heated blanket on the very comfortable bed. We especially loved the patio doors off the bedroom, adding a lovely touch to our romantic escape. Additionally, the host was very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay.
While the flat was lovely, it could use a little TLC. The towels were old and small, and the bathroom had some mold on the wall and shower curtain, resulting in an unpleasant smell.
